How to test Borland StarTeam using QTP

I need to use QTP to run automated regression tests to test new features in Borland StarTeam releases.
The problem is that QTP does not understand Borland StarTeam objects. Please see attachment (StartTeam.bmp) for illustration.
How can QTP identify Borland StarTeam objects and their properties ?

Borland Starteam is developed using java.
In accordance i downloaded java add-in.
it still doesn't work
