How to automate IVR(interactive voice response) using QTP

can anyone suggest me how to automate IVR using QTP.
How can i make a phone call to the number which is displayed in the Mail box.

Please help me out with this. I am in a big trouble.

I want to automate the IVR using QTP. Can anyone suggest me how it can be done ??

Scenario is :
- I will get a Phone number in my Mail Box
- I want to call to that number.

- Can Skype be automated using QTP ?

Please suggest me the way for automating it.
