Hi,
Used QTP10, IE9
It may seem to be a silly question, but I am not able to get Web properties of Gmail inbox using Object spy
- Launched QTP 10 with Addins - Web, ActiveX and Visual Basic selected
- Launched Internet explorer and open gmail.com (QTP recognized all the
objects on Gmail login page)
- Login to gmail (new look)
- Object spy does not recognize web elements
- Verified inbox of yahoomail, all the links are recognized as Web elements
- Verified on Google home page, all the links are recognized as Web
elements...
Only the problem inside Google Mail.
As I have investigated, for Gmail in IE, source code is not available.
While if you open Gmail in Firefox or Chrome, source code can be seen.
This may be the reason behind QTP not recognizing objects inside Gmail in IE.
Need suggestions what can be done in this case?
Thanks
-Prasant
