Getting 'Attempting to divide by Zero' Error

I am using UFT-11.53, ALM-11.52 and SAP TAO 3.0 tools for automation.

I am getting an error 'Attempting to divide by Zero’ very often, while executing the test cases from UFT and it’s been faced by many of our team members. I have attached the detailed information about the error for your reference.

Can anyone suggest me the permanent solution for this issue ?

We also faced same issue intermittently. for temp we closed and reopend the QFT. after uninstall and install the UFT we haven't faced

I have also re-installed the UFT many times but still getting the same error. I am not able figure out what exactly the issue is

can u try to remove the UFT temp files in TD80 folder under temp
