Hi All,
I tried to find answer to this question but could not get an appropriate/complete answer anywhere. All i see the different types of frameworks available and there features. Or a generic answer if application as lot of data use data drive, application has business flows use keyword driven,...............
Well these are not frameworks, they are just an approach and part of the framework.
And somewhere i find answers like to evaluate questions like...
Skills of persons who will use the suite?
Application business model..?
Application Technology..?
Execution Environment - OS, Browsers..?
External Systems - Test Management, Version Control, ..?
But i have not seen anywhere how the answers to these questions should be used to decide a framework....
Anyone with experience in designing a framework, please reply on what are the criteria/reqs to consider when deciding a framework and how to decide the framework components based on criteria/reqs?
