Drap and drop in QTP and Test Partner

Hi

I am currently evaluating QTP and test partner tools for automation testing.

But the problem is when I am recording the drag and drop fields in my applications, it does not get recorded and when I playback the scripts, the test stops when there is drag aand drop feature involved. Please help me out regarding this.

See if there is any other way to perform the same action. (which you do by drag and drop)

Otherwise you need to go for Analog Recording mode in QTP.

No there is no other way, I have to drag and drop the fields in each report in to the date grid to verify each column. But When I do analog recording it does not show any screens recorded. If I have to do analog recording in my application which option should i choose
record relative to window or screen? I am evaluating QTP 9.5.
