CreationTime property

Hi,
i have some open browser, and i want to do a function to open a new browser and pass hwnd property to the calling script. I'd like to use CreationTime property in a collection of Browser objects, find the max CreationTime and so individuate last browser as my new browser.
My problem is that when i capture CreationTime of various browsers, i don't find values 0,1,2,... but numbers as 4,69E-300... and if i use round function, all CreationTime values are =0.
Is there a sure method to individuate last open browser, without using hwnd property and without closing all previous open browsers?

something is wrong with the capturing part... creation time can't be other than the whole no's
