Call to COPY of Actions from QC8.2 (file system) to QTP 9.5 not copying the actions

Call to COPY of Actions from QC8.2 (file system) to QTP 9.5 not copying the actions but the same actions can work if I use call to existing actions.

The same Actions can be copy from File system (network drive) instead of QC 8.2 (file system) Call to COPY of Actions works fine successfully

The problem must be with QC8.2

Any body help me to solve this problem please
