Add XML checkpoint to an action problem

We have a little problem, we know to make an action with several XML checkpoints, After that, we need to call this action by using one or other XML checkpoint. But we don't know how to choose between these two XML checkpoints. Which is the way to follow, please?

I think what you are asking here to invoke the Action having xml checkpoints on the pass or failed status of the already invoked checkpoint?
