Refund Policy
UFT Training: The nature of our products is software based. Hence once the software is sold we will not be able provide any refund unless of course there was problem accessing/downloading/streaming the software.
UFT Cert: In case you happen not to pass the exam, simply forward us your “Exam not passed” certificate that you have received from HP/PearsonVUE, within 60 days of purchase of our mock certification engine and we will refund your money after deducting the 10% admin and payment gate fee.
