ajays

Hi All,
My name is Ajay and I have recently completed certification on QTP9.2 and QC9.2 with 100% each.
That was the biggest day of my life as I have never ever scored 100% in my life even at jr, Sr. KG.
The only key to success that I felt is you need to have good knowledge and lot of hands on experience on both the tools.
According to me this exam is tool oriented and without practice it is difficult to clear the same.

I have passed AIS QTP certification. Here are the artifacts i could help all with.
1) QTP AIS certification is an elective exam in the “HP Quality center 9.2 software” certification. so one will get a certificate from HP only if you complete the core exam (Quality center 9.2) and an elective (Winrunner or QTP).
Cost of each exam is 73 GBP each. This exams can be given in Prometric testing centres in you geography.
2) Although ive 3 yrs exp in QTP i would say the exam was a bit tricky. I would strongly recommend every one to go through the sample papers from the testing providers (Check QCert).

Hi,
I passed my QTP Certification Exam with 98%.
I would like to add few things to roope21 information.
1)Before booking for test you need to get a HP student ID for that please follow this link
http://www.register.prometric.com/ClientInformation.asp
2)Then go to prometric link and book for the test.
http://www.register.prometric.com
3)It has 58 questions and you have 2hrs time so plenty of time you can take you time to do that.
4)Regarding my experience of QTP certification…
It was very good as long as you know the tool what settings to do
and bit of experience of Expert view.
Few questions on Object reposirtory,Object repository manager
and few on datatable and test settings, debugging and action, action call properties and object identification.
If you guys need any more information let me know..
Regards
Sridhar

Yes, I have cleared Quality center v9 (QC + QTP) and Performance center v9 (Vugen + Loadrunner Software).
If you are thorough with User Guide and have some practice with QC, you can pass it.
You dont have to take QC and QTP on the same day. You can shedule them whenever you want.

It was easy one though (After studying for 2 weeks consistently)..
58 questions… 1.15 hours exam…Mainly on Working with objects,QTP general…On its GUI part… For.EG.where do u set Actions with repositories…about looping statements…Run iterations…Objects and Methods…
You get to know the score once u finish the exam but u will get the certification after a month’s time…thats what i have heard.
Please mail me at mohini.taing@gmail.com if you wanna know more.
