Hi Rajesh,

Try in the below given way.

Open QTP > Tools > Options > Windows Applications > click 'Advanced' button > In Advanced Windows Application window, scroll down to "Utility Objects" and Select "Record SystemUtil.Run Commands" checkbox > OK.

Now try to record once again.
