Hi,
Ok. Thanks.
1. Are you using SetProxy Method?
2. Is this setting Ok? "File -> Settings ->Web Services Tab -> Selected Apache Axis 1.x"
3. Can you please try with this public service--> http://www.webservicex.net/ConvertTemperature.asmx
