Okay...I believe i am not able to move ahead with a repair. Lets try to uninstall and re-install it back.

1. Uninstall QTP 10.0 from Add/REmove programs.
2. Go To http://knowledgeinbox.com/downloads/ and download a tool called QTP Clean Uninstaller v2.10. This will help you to clear any unwanted registry values set.

Give it a try and may hope be with us mate.
