Hi njnirmal,

Please run the "QuickTestProfessional.bat" file located in the "QTP installed Directory\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin" (eg: C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin\QuickTestProfessional.bat).
If you run this batch file then the problem may solve. Try it out and let me know.
