I am afraid, i couldn't under stand your requirement. Can you be littele bit more clear on your question.
If you want to do some analog mode of recording while recording the script then you have to start recording and Navigate to "Automation --> Analog Recording" (or Start recording and click "Shift+Alt+F3").Once the activities are over on popup window then just navigate back to the same i.e normal mode of recording.
If you don't have any analog mode(.RunAnalog in your script) recorded LOC in your script then you can't goto the Analog in runtime.
