Our office has had problems with individual workstations losing their capability to export test cases from Excel to Quality Center. I have been searching this forum for answers, but haven't found the right one yet.
We are using QTP 9.5 to communicate and work with Quality Center 9.2. We've had these applications for almost a year now, but recently one of our resources has lost the "Export to Quality Center" Tools option within Excel. I had them remove and download the Excel Add-In, but that doesn't seem to help. Nothing about this workstation appears to have changed, so I am looking for some assistance.
Does anyone know how this Export to Quality Center option can get lost within Excel? If it gets lost, and removing the Excel Add-In and reinstalling doesn't help, what else can I do?
