Yes I think we can.bcz forward slash(/) does not have any special meaning as that of backslsh(\).In the code ([1-9]|1[012])[//]([1-9]|[12][0-9]|3[01])[//](200[0-9]) i think it takes one / from [//] ,hence working fine.

plz corect if am wrong
