In the age of OTPs/2 factor authentications/RSA SecurIDs, this the common problem faced by automation testers.

To circumvent such cases, normally organizations ask the developers to remove code requirement (OTPs/RSA SecureID) from the test instance or you can ask them to provide a dummy set of codes made specifically for your testing instance.
