Can you Check like this...

Code:
Dim oDesc,Cbox
Set Cbox =Description.Create()
Cbox("micclass").Value="Webcheckbox"
Set  oDesc=Browser("title:=.*").Page("url:=.*").ChildObjects(Cbox)

Msgbox oDesc.Count      

For i = o To oDesc.Count-1
    oDesc(i).Set "ON"
