1. Do you have any other automated testing tool installed on the system? (LoadRunner etc) --> Nope, i installed only QTP 10 version.

2. Do you have any initialization script connecting to a certain URL? -> No

3. Do you have any page set to default in IE (or the browser you are testing) (change that to blank) --> Nope, its a blank page already.

4. Is F5 shortcut key assigned to some other tool as well? --> No, i'm not using any other tool while working with QTP and also i'm sure F5 is not a shortcut for any other tool installed in my system.
