Hi,

As SUpputuri already suggested above, there are leading & trailing spaces in the property descriptions.
"name:= Welcome to Bugzilla" (it should be like "name:=Welcome to Bugzilla")
"visible := true". (it should be like "visible:=true")

Try as suggested above and see....
