I wanted to know the Phases of Automation Life Cycle in detail :

Would be a great help if you can jot down the stages serially and in detail
Would be interested in knowing the below stages in detail :
1. Feasibility study
2. Effort Estimations
3. ROI.
4. Tool selection criteria etc

I am confused by the doubts like without knowing the Framework design how we do effort estimations before Framework design ? How ROI is calculated ?
