How are you doing the reporting?

A report is always a presentation wherein you print the below details

Environment:
Module:
Tester:
StartTime: End Time:
Total Test Case Executed:
# of Test cases failed
# of Test cases Passed

Now you can put a link to file which will have the list of failed/passed test cases with all details.
You can always customize the report as per your need.
