New to QTP. We have QTP 11 (and we use ALM 11). I'm on an older Windows XP machine, and using IE8.
When go into QTP, record a test and then try to run it, it seems to run ok, but when the results viewer opens, I get 'No data is associated with the results' in the background, and an error message stating 'Can't create pane - assembly: 'ResultsDetailsPane', object: 'ViewerPanes.ResultDetailsPane'
There was an earlier posting by someone suggesting to delete a .NET Framework 3.5 SP Patch KB977354 - but I don't have that patch listed as being on my machine. Any suggestions/help greatly appreciated.
