Could you please use this:

Set qtApp = CreateObject("QuickTest.Application") ' Create the Application object
qtApp.Launch ' Start QuickTest
qtApp.Visible = True ' Make the QuickTest application visible
If not qtApp.TDConnection.IsConnected Then
   qtApp.TDConnection.Connect"QC-Link","domain","project","login","password",False
End If
