Solved: 11 Years, 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago 04-13-2011, 11:52 AM
try this:
go to add/remove program in control panel
select QTP installation
there is a option here change/repair
go through the onscreen instructions

if something wrong with the QTP setup then this will resolve
