Click image button in 5th col of a webtable if searchcriteria meets content of 4cols

Scenario is:

A table is present on a webpage. It has 5 columns and contains multiple rows which are generated dynamically.

First four columns has heading and they contain some text. Fifth column does not has column heading and it contains image buttons.

I want to search the text in first 4 columns and if that maches with the search string, click on the button present in that row in 5th column.
