Unable to open test set

When I try to run a test script from QC I get the error "Unable to open test set < test name>" .


I tried running the script from QTP (V 9.5) and when I try to open the test from Quality center I get the error "Test [Quality Center] <test script path> does not exist" .......

Can somebody help me with this ?

However I am able to execute from QTP / QC some of the old scripts that I have created. I am facing the above issue only for the new ones I am developing.
