How can I download an ExcelSheet from QC folder to QTP programmatically

For Example there is a attachement in QC at "Subject\AutomationFramework\DataSheets\Excel.xls"

I want to download this attachement to local hard disk or to QTP.

Please let me know this with an Example

This doesnt work Sreekanth for latest version of QC. I tried this earlier
