WebElement Properites are not sufficient

I specied many number of properties for webelemnt using object spy.
Eventhough QTP is not identifying the webelment.I cant understand the problem.Any one gimme a suggetion

If your object is identified as a webelement then most of the time it is seen that there is some problem with object identification.

Please let us know the full details regarding what is the technology of your application, what all addins your are using and what's the version of your addins and QTP
