Loop for Drop Down menu
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 4 Months ago
I need to record a script for Drop Down box in QTP 8.2. There are number of options in Drop Down menu and I want to use some kind of loop to avoid manual record and playback for each option. Can someone please suggest me what can I do and what is the best way to achieve it.
PS: I am not good in descriptive programming.

Hey Gupta,

You can use getitemcount() and getitemslist() functions to point to the i'th item in the drop down..give the position as argument..

Please be clear as to what you want to do ?? what do you mean by "Some kind of loop" ??

IF you want answers you have to supply detailed information. Else...you will have guyz pointing you to a different direction... A mistake not their's but urz...
