Objects are not displaying

Hi Friends,

Recently we changed the automation boxes to windows 2016. 

In my application two text fields will display when select dropdown value from another dropdown field(weblist). The problem is when I run the script by opening manually in UFT then it is working good but if I create Automation object Modal and run the script then the text field are not showing in application when select the value from weblist. 

I am using IE 11.

Please can any one faced similar problem or advice me any solution for this.

Here I am selecting Benefits by Group from Find dropdown then group and division fields will display.

I can able to fix this problem by click on object before selecting then the object getting focused on 2016 and 2012 windows servers.
