Create interface for end user to run Automation

Hello Experts

Iam beginner in Micro scope uniform functional  testing automation.

Having watched some videos and read some documentation...it's clear that we can automate lot of thing from web to desk top.

I have created an automation just reacording that is logging into website and greeting some info.

Question
1) Can we creat interface for end user to run Automation may be buttons.

2) Does end user require to have software installed..
