QTP and CEF automation testing

Does QTP support automation testing of CEF based desktop applications?

i.e. if i try to automate a native desktop application, which has an embedded CEF as well in some parts, does QTP support automation testing of it (much like web driver) or it isn't supported by default?

If it can get supported by rebuild of application executable with some flags, then too please let me know.

CEF is supported via web driver, and it is worthy to try with UFT 12.54 Patch 4 or UFT 14.01. UFT 14.01 would be more preferred since it is the latest version till now.
