object recognition issue by qtp 11.0

Hi,

Environment:
qtp 11.0
VB 6 application.
Windows machine.

Some of objects, QTP does not recognize. I have the Visual Basic add-in installed. I asked developers and told me that they use third party tools and they cant help.

What do you recommend to solve this problem?

Do you know the third part control being used in the application?

There few third party controls being used in application for which QTP provides separate add-ins like Syncfusion. Kindly check with your Dev team.
