Good morning:
I am relatively new to QTP. I have a question I have not been able to answer. When I run my script, at the end, QTP closes the browser regardless of the setting of the 'close on exit' checkbox on the "Automation*Record And Run Settings*Web" panel. I am developing my test incrementally for use both as a test and as a training vehicle for other members of our team. This behavior is very inconvenient because it forces me to log back on to the application and navigate to the page currently being scripted. Can anyone point me in the appropriate direction.
I am using QTP 11.0 and Windows XP. My scripts run to completion successfully. It is only the action taken on the browser at the end of the test that is perplexing.
Thank you very much in advance
