QTP11 on Windows 7

Hi,
I'm a french student engineer so sorry for my english.
Now i am in company who use QTP and i'm a beginner.
I have a huge problem with QTP11 on windows 7 with java appli.

My script works correctly on Windows XP 32bits he recognize well java appli.
But when i use the same script with windows 7 64 and 32bits it doesn't works. the function "childobject" doesn't work and i don't why.
I have verify environnement variable and java add-in it's correctly install because when i verify my OR it correctly works. I have install 2 patchs QTP_00699, QTP_00709. but nothing change.
I search for a patch for java with windows 7 64 bits but i don't find it.
Only the function childObject doesn't work.

Have you ever seen this problem and how to resolve ?

Make sure you have installed all the patches provided by HP for QTP 11.

yes i have, and an other team who work with QTP from several years have the same problem with Windows 7
