How to Test asp.net search page having result displayed in Gridview?

Hi All,
I have asp.net Gridview for country listing page which gets populated after user clicks on search button(according to text entered in filter textbox it displays the result).

I need to check whether application searches countries correctly or not by comparing results generated by code and actual correct result by using QTP.Inshort how to test searching pages in asp.net website using QTP?
