When ObjectSpy doesn't show Object Hierarchy

Hi All,
In the automation process using QTP,my Application is SAP and when i want to see the object property-value through object spy, the spy window only shows me one window object, means its not recognizing the objects in SAP screen, what are all the possible settings do i need to verify in QTP to identify SAP objects,provided SAP Add-Ins is checked. Please help me.

Open the qtp first and then ur application.Hope this will work 4 u.

If you have done what Sankalp has suggested and still facing the same issue then the below info might be useful.

There are certain grid/bar chart graphics in SAP which will not be recognized by QTP. I have faced the issue.

If you could post the scenario/T-code, probably i could suggest you an alternate way.
