Test not exist

Hi,

I am using qtp11 with qc.
on all computer except one I am able to open test from QC in qtp.

On one computer for any test (or function library, component) I got error that it does not exists although I able to see it.

If I try to save test I receive error of write permission.

What can cause this ?

Under the TD-80 directory I dont see "Quality Center" directory created(I dont know if that related).

Can you try clearing the temp folder and then check whether you are able to open the files or not?

Hi,

I try to delete all files but it didn't help.
What I notice is that on computer where it works when I click on "ALM/QC Connection" a new directory called "Quality Center" created and in it a new directory called "88bab7e6".

In the computer where it does not working a new directory created but with the name "88bab7e6" directly.

Any idea ?
