MISSING MENU ITEMS IN QTP

HI I'm new in QTP.

I did a Install of QTP (30 days trial). First Time No problem.
To solve some problems I thougt to uninstall and reinstall the QTP.
After the reinstall I'm missing the most Menu functions.
See the Attachement.
Please Help me. We are in a competition. In one Week we want to deliver results.

Hi,
right click anywhere on the toolbar area, click Customize, choose toolbars tab and click on the Restore all button. This should definitely fix this
