Dear users,
I am new to QTP, and manage to use it properly on 1 PC.
When i installed it on a new one for a Test LAB.
on this new PC, the Scripts i already made does not work.
all the text checkpoints bitmap checkpoints fail.
I found out that the WIN32 Application is not "seen" byt the capture.
for example, i create a bitmap checkpoint and the capture is see is not the Application, but the windows background.
it seems to me that QTP cannot capture correctly the Application UI.
I tried to reinstall the Video drivers, change all settings (resolution, number of color, etc).
nothing works
Does anyone had such problem ?
what is the solution to capture the Bitmap or text correctly.
