Menu bar drop down not available

Hi

I was working in QTP and all of a sudden it stopped working. I restarted the QTP and now I dont have anything under File, View, Resource, Automation etc menus.

Could someone please tell me how to get these menu drop downs back?

are you able to see customize under tools menu

The solution I got is to right click anywhere on the toolbar area, click Customize, choose toolbars tab and click on the Restore all button. This should definitely fix this.
