Active Screen Blank

Hello to all,

I apologize because I think a similar discussion already exist in this forum.

I am new about QTP and I installed QTP 9.0. When I recorded the actions on the GUI (Flight Application) the screenshots of the GUI did not show in the Active Screen Window, why?

I saw that QTP generates the screenshots because in the folder "Action1\SnapShot" there are.
I read other forum about this problem and the proposed solutions were:

- to check various options.
- re-installing QTP.

More tips?

This bug has been resolved in future version of QTP?

Active screens are captured only during RECORDING process.It is done by default.If you want to view those images in action folder, make sure you have ticked "save active screen files" at the time of saving your test
