Can any one explain about how to handle "Multiple IE Browsers" with an sample code?

Use DP for handling different open btowsers. Use name property to identify the browsers...

@suresz449: Please write descriptive titles for your threads. A title of "QTP 10.0" for this thread doesn't serve any purpose. (We're changing it this time)

As for your query, you can use creation time ordinal identifier to handle multiple browsers.
