QTP 9.2 crashes on start with .NET error

New problem.
I was running QTP 9.2 , something happened and had to kill qtpro.exe from task manager.
Now when I start QTP I get error:-
Faulting application qtpro.exe, version 9.2.4351.0, stamp 45b388f2, faulting module mfc71u.dll, version 7.10.3077.0, stamp 3e77fc29, debug? 0, fault address 0x00034a2d.


I tried re-installing QTP.
Restarted machine serval times.
Tried replacing mfc71u.dll from a different machine.
Still not resolved and I am not able to proceed.

Click Start->Run then type in %temp% and hit OK. Delete all files in the explore window. If any them won't delete reboot and try again.

Also search your hard drive for *.tmp files and delete them.

All Microsoft products create temp files and if you get one that is corrupted, it can cause some strange results.
