What are the challenge(Difficulties, hards stuffs) you've faced so far in QTP

Hi Ankur,
This is Sudhir currently I am in UK searching for JOB onTesting, I am getting the interview Questions like

1)What are the challenge(Difficulties, hards stuffs) you've faced so far in your QTP projects?

My answer is like :

a) Unable to understand Custom objects, then then we have to map that object to standard
object
b) To handle runtime objects then we've to use regular expressions
c) Having problems with Synchronisation
d) Object Identification problem then we've to go for Smart Identifier even if it cant identify
then we'll go for virtual wizard object

Interviewer is not at all happy with these answers and saying that these are all common, he needs some more better hard stuffs. Can you please help me on this ? Please provide me challenges and how you overcome that.

2)Which framework is the Best and easy to explain?
Please answer these question ASAP its bit urgent

2) Team size ?( QA people , QA manager,Developers...)
3) Types of testings performed ?
4) What did you like in your last project ?
5) What made you feel difficult in your last project ?

1)how many modules a typical web based application consists of ?
2) Out of all modules, how many modules could a QA tester will test ?
3) For a 4 QA testers in a project, how many mangers and developers do exist in the team ?
4) What kinda answer satisfies a interviewer to these questions:
What do you like in your last project ?
What you didn't like in your last project ?
