How to create Shared Object Repository using QTP 9?

Hi,

Please give me the steps to create shared object repository in QTP9.

HI Keerthana,

Please follow the below steps to create a shared OR.
1) Launch QTP
2) Object Identification (Define the properties for each class of objects) -- Optional
3) Resources --> Object Repository Manager
4) Add the desired objects
5) Define the Logical names as desired -- Optional
6) File --> SaveAs (Your Desired Shared OR name, file extn should be ".tsr")

That's it.Now you have the shared OR, and you can use it any where.

Hi Keerthana - always maintain one query per thread, I saw that there is another thread being discussed on the same question you asked for.
QTP help is more than sufficent to get answers for such issues, you will need to go through it thoroghly.
