Run issue

Hi,
I am beginner in QTP and I have a vista OS and I have installed QTP 10 and I am not able to run the script and I am getting the message as
The test run cannot continue due to an unrecoverable error.

General run error.

Line (1): "SystemUtil.Run "C:\Program Files\HP\QuickTest Professional\samples\flight\app\flight4a.exe","","C:\Program Files\HP\QuickTest Professional\samples\flight\app\",""".
